Rebecca Butler

Hello, I’m Rebecca. I began my yoga practice in 2015 and have been teaching for 4 years. I knew I wanted to share yoga with others as soon as I experienced its stillness. This being said, you’ll typically find me teaching anything slow paced where students can settle into the postures. I incorporate pranayama exercises at the beginning of most classes to support the body into relaxation. 

My personal practice has provided me with space to slow down. Through the quiet of my mind and body, I can easily connect with my faith. In this connection I find support, encouragement, self-compassion, grace, kindness, and love. I am refreshed in my mind, body and spirit after practicing yoga. 

Sol Health Yoga has been a wonderful studio to join. I’ve found abundant connections within it’s community. Every time I come to the studio, my cup is filled. I hope yours is as well. See you soon!
