Yoga Student Training
Yoga Alliance Certified: 200 Hour School
Sol Health Yoga is thrilled to introduce our transformative 200-Hour Yoga Student Training program, meticulously crafted to nurture and elevate our vibrant community of yoga enthusiasts. This program is more than just a certification course; it's a journey into the heart of yoga, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary practice.
Our mission is to empower each participant to find their unique voice in the world of yoga. We believe that a great teacher is first a dedicated student, and our curriculum is designed to deepen your knowledge, awaken your creativity, and foster authentic teaching styles.
Our team of experienced guest teachers, each with their unique approach to yoga, offers a rich tapestry of perspectives. This variety ensures a holistic understanding of yoga's multifaceted nature and its application in modern life.
The core of our training focuses on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. We delve into the historical roots of these styles, exploring their distinctive features and interconnectedness. This approach not only enriches your practice but also equips you with the skills to design engaging, thoughtful sequences. You'll learn to create classes that resonate with your students, balancing the Yin and Yang energies and tailoring your teachings to different needs and levels.
Our comprehensive curriculum is meticulously organized, guiding you through the nuances of embodied awareness. You'll gain practical tools and resources to teach yoga effectively, from understanding student needs to crafting intention-driven sequences, and leading a class with confidence. Throughout the program, we emphasize the importance of ongoing learning and self-growth, laying the foundation for a fulfilling career in yoga teaching.
To support your transition from student to teacher, we offer the 'Open Your Heart' mentorship program. This unique initiative allows you to teach community classes in our studio, receiving valuable feedback from mentors and peers. It's an opportunity to refine your skills, connect with the community, and make a positive impact.
Our program demands commitment and dedication. Prospective students should have a well-established yoga practice, with at least 180 classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. During the 8-month training, you're expected to maintain a consistent practice, including weekly classes and regular class observations. This rigorous approach ensures that you fully embody your learning and are well-prepared to teach.
Join us on this enriching journey at Sol Health Yoga. Together, let's expand our community, deepen our practice, and embark on a transformative path towards becoming knowledgeable, compassionate yoga teachers. We can't wait to welcome you into our family of inspired and inspiring yoga facilitators.
