Massage Therapy
Christine May with Vesica Massage & Bodywork
Hello, I'm Christine, the owner and therapist at Vesica Massage & Bodywork. Inspired by the Vesica Piscis, a sacred geometry symbol of balance and connection, I view massage and yoga as complementary practices that harmonize the body and mind. As a creative, I am excited to expand my craft and bridge my knowledge of anatomy with my passion for art and wellness, working with the body as a canvas and exploring its applications to the nervous system through massage.
At Sol Health, I have found a nurturing community that supports both personal and professional growth. My aim is to curate a therapeutic environment where each session is tailored to meet your unique needs through a blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or seeking a space to unwind and recalibrate, I invite you to co-create a path toward enhanced wellness, complementing the efforts you're already making for your health. Let’s enhance your wellness together, both on the massage table and as fellow yogis on the mat.

Bridget Smart with Rooted Earth Bodywork
I’ve always found great value in connecting with others through the power of touch. Healing touch has been shared in my family from my earliest memories, and an auto accident in high school initiated my experience with receiving bodywork from professional massage therapists. Massage has helped me so much personally over the years, it was like a lightbulb went on when I realized I could offer this same beautiful gift of touch, connection and healing to others! And just like intentionally nourishing my body with healthy food, going to the dentist, regular exercise and my daily yoga practice, I continue to receive regular massage and bodywork to not only address injuries, but to integrate relaxation, connection and self-care into my regular health and wellness routine. Sol Health Yoga’s community minded philosophy of an open, accepting and healing space flows perfectly in balance with the space and practice I create in my treatment room. It’s why I chose to make Sol Health Yoga my home. The same yoga philosophy of meeting and accepting yourself where you’re at on any given day, also applies to massage/bodywork, and it is an incredibly empowering place to exist. The benefits of regular massage and yoga can translate into every aspect of your life, including better sleep, reduced stress, feeling at home in your body, and being able to fully participate in your life.
