I discovered my love for yoga in 2016 after taking a hot yoga class. Ever since then I’ve been hooked. Yoga has helped my mind, body and soul tremendously. A few years later I signed up for my first teacher training to dive deeper into the practice. I’ve now completed two separate 200 hour RYT trainings specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa.
Continuing education is very important to me so I actively participate in workshops and events throughout the year. I’ve also accomplished a Sanskrit training, Wim Hoff breath work - ice bath training and most recently an intuitive training. I value the space we share and want to create an environment for your greatest potential to grow and expand. I look forward to practicing with you. :)
