Keith Muschek

Keith is a dedicated yoga teacher whose journey into the practice began in April 2021. Initially skeptical and unsure about yoga, he found his first experience awkward and challenging. Despite the initial discomfort, Keith continued exploring yoga, ultimately discovering its transformative power. Yoga quickly became a vital part of his life, and he now seeks to share its benefits with others, especially those who may feel hesitant or disconnected from the practice. In November 2022, he completed his first teacher training in Ashtanga with Chrissy Leafavour in the Dominican Republic, an experience that deepened his understanding of yoga and solidified his commitment to teaching. Keith also holds certifications as a stretching and mobility coach through Yogabody and is currently expanding his knowledge through massage school, focusing on anatomy and mindful movement.

Keith specializes in creating accessible and supportive spaces for students of all levels, particularly those seeking stress relief, mindful movement, and trauma-informed practices. With a daily commitment to his own physical, breathwork, and meditation practices, he brings authenticity, encouragement, and calmness into every class. Students can expect a mindful and supportive environment that fosters resilience, self-acceptance, and connection. Looking ahead, Keith is eager to expand his offerings, including trauma-informed workshops and specialized yoga for at-risk teens and other underserved groups, with the goal of sharing the healing power of yoga with a broader community.
