Malinda Hanson
My name is Malinda, and I started practicing yoga in 2014 where I instantly fell in love. I could get my heart rate up and not be out of breath due to my asthma. Two years later I decided I wanted to teach yoga. I am now a certified 200hr RYT in Hatha, Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Yin. I feel a connection with my students, as I too am still practicing yoga. When they see me take classes, I hope they know that we are all still learning what our bodies can do given the right environment and at Sol Health I know I have found that place to practice, teach and learn in a warm welcoming environment with no judgment.
