Belly Dancing 6 Week Series

This is a progressive 6-week course designed to teach students the basic skills necessary to develop stamina, muscle isolation, and body awareness in this fun dance environment appropriate for all body types and backgrounds. No dance experience is necessary. Students will learn the basic movements of belly dance such as posture, arm positions, hip work, footwork, shimmies, and basic combos.
