Join us for Warm Sculpt Express!

Embrace the tranquility of your lunch hour with this invigorating 45-minute practice designed to uplift and energize. In our warm studio, set at a soothing 90 degrees, we’ll flow to rhythmic, uplifting music, with optional weights to deepen your experience.

We begin with a mindful focus on breath, grounding ourselves for the first 10 minutes. As we move through vinyasa-inspired sequences, we’ll blend breath and movement, gradually building intensity and heart rate. Each posture seamlessly transitions into the next, allowing your breath to guide you through intentional shifts in energy, inviting release and joy.

In the final 10-12 minutes, we’ll gently lower the heart rate, stretch the body, and savor a peaceful Savasana, embracing the sweet release of our practice.

This class welcomes all levels. If you’re new to yoga or have any injuries, please connect with the teacher before class so we can ensure a supportive and nurturing experience.
