Kid's Yoga - Blooming! That is what it is all about. Encouraging growth in mind, body, and spirit.
Our young yogis are supported in learning yoga asanas (postures) and so much more. During our 75 minute weekly class students participate in a opening circle check in time, sharing time, SEL (social emotional learning), and the physical practice of yoga. Lesson plans are created with your young yogis in mind. Based on how young minds and bodies learn and grow. We provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming space for your child to practice yoga, explore , and to set them up as lifelong learners of yoga.
