May- Construction Update

We are excited to reach out to you, and update you on what has been happening for Sol Health.

We have had many of you reaching out to check on us, and we truly appreciate your warm thoughts. This validates the Kula we are intentionally creating for us all to share. We envision Sol Health as a space where we can support one another during all aspects of lifes' events.

We are moving forward in the buildout of our space in Puyallup. On May 5th, we passed our framing, plumbing, and mechanical inspection with Pierce County, and our electrical inspection with Tacoma Public Utilities. This allowed us to move forward with installing insulation and drywall. At this point we are taping and mudding the drywall, and plan to complete texturing by June 2nd. On June 3rd-7th, we have our painter coming in. After painting, we will install our T-Bar ceilings in the hallway, Sol, and Luna Shalas. This brings us to the week of June 8th-12th, where we plan to install our Heating Green far-infrared heating panels, and get another electrical inspection. The week of June 15th, we plan to complete the epoxy flooring in our hallway, treatment rooms, utility room, float room, men and womens' locker rooms. Following this, the plumbers will come back out for their finish work. June 22nd and 23rd, we plan to complete our fire alarms and sprinklers. After that, our electrician and HVAC contractor will come back out to do their finish work, expected to be complete by June 30th. Once that is done, we will install our Lonseal flooring in the Sol and Luna Shalas. Around July 6th, we plan to begin our finish work. This includes trim, doors, partitions in the bathrooms, grab bars, and many other last minute details. Finally, we will install the float tank around mid July. We will begin our final clean, install of computers, refrigerators, and decorate at this point. Meaning, we truly hope to open our doors to the public by August 1st.
