June- Construction Update

Hello! We are so excited to share our June updates with you! As of July 1st, we have completed all of our framing, insulation, drywall, texturing, and painting of the walls! Our crew came in to complete the drop down t-bar ceilings in the hallway, Luna Shala, and Sol Shala. Then, the HVAC trim was installed, along with our infrared heating panels and ceiling fans in both the Luna and Sol Shalas. The fire sprinklers were distributed and the fire alarm has been wired and are now active and ready for inspection from the fire marshal. Our dimmable sconces look great in both the Luna and Sol Shalas. We filled in the mud pan where the open concept shower is in the float room. We had the hot water tank and utility sink installed in the laundry room, as well as the sinks placed in the men’s and women’s rooms. Electrical trim completed: vanity lighting and hand dryers in the men’s and women’s rooms. We had a major epoxy flooring fail that set us back a few weeks, as we move forward on new flooring options. Finally, our sweet Katie, has begun the murals in the Shalas, and we look forward to all of the finishing touches that make the studio feel like home.
